Key Contributions:
Adaptive Social Protection & Gender Equality: Assisted senior consultants in analysing social protection programs through a gender equality lens, synthesising findings to support recommendations for adaptive, inclusive systems.
Stakeholder Coordination: Assisted in coordinating with government ministries (Cabinet Division, MoSW, MoDMR, MoFECC), bilateral and multilateral agencies (DFAT, EU Delegation, FCDO, WFP, UNDP, ADB, World Bank), and NGOs to organise consultations, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Transcribed interviews with top influencers (audio/video to English text) as part of META’s research project on popularising the new “Broadcast Channel” in Bangladesh.

I am a law graduate with an LL.B. and LL.M. in International Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Rajshahi. My academic training developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking, research, governance, and policy analysis, which I have applied across a range of professional environments.
My career has evolved through diverse experiences in research, development initiatives, digital operations, and international service delivery. I have contributed to policy research and project coordination at Quay Asia Ltd., supported accountability and governance initiatives through the ActionAid Accountability Action Fellowship, and gained experience in digital workflow systems while working as a transcriptionist for Meta Platforms. These roles strengthened my ability to work with complex information, coordinate stakeholders, and operate effectively in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Currently, I work as a Business Development Officer (Vendor Management) at Alpha Group, a company supporting operational services for the United States (US) real estate and mortgage servicing sector. In this role, I engage with vendor coordination, operational tracking, and service management processes that support large-scale property preservation operations.
I strongly believe that modern careers require adaptability and continuous learning.
